Randy Heisler

Randy Heisler brings a lifetime of experience in the custom home construction business and over 10 years of experience in real estate as a new agent for Richard A. Zuber Realty serving both the Red Hill and Boyertown offices. Heisler, a Boyertown High School and Berks County Career and Technology Center graduate, started his career in seventh grade as his father’s assistant building custom homes and kitchens. Heisler now employs his father and looks to dedicate more time in assisting folks in finding, purchasing, or selling a home. Heisler finds satisfaction in managing his own rental units and in being able to advise clients knowledgeably about the structural aspects of a home they are considering. “Not everyone wants to know the faults of a home they’ve already fallen in love with,” Heisler notes. “But I at least can tell them what challenges they’ll face after purchase. I can recognize the ‘bones’ of a house and, as a result of my own experiences, I can identify weak construction or faulty workmanship. Folks need to know; telling them builds trust. Credibility with clients is a must to be successful in this business.” Heisler enjoys his homegrown status in the community and recalls renovating Zuber Realty’s Boyertown office when it was Mest’s News Agency. His longtime association with his father’s clients bring memories of working on homes and garages of area residents and now their children and grandchildren. An avid sportsman and participant in track and field events, Heisler began his association with Rich Zuber through their shared involvement in baseball. His respect for Zuber’s coaching and standing in the community led him to join the Zuber Realty organization. Heisler coaches Boyertown’s high school track team, enjoys fishing and gardening and admiring the architecture of ancient cities when he has a chance to travel.
