Richard A. Zuber Realty is one of the few real estate offices offering property management services in the Tri-county area. We work for landlords to find them the best qualified tenants. We have a staff of well experienced, licensed agents to accommodate these needs. Our agents will gather information from inquiries, show the property to prospective tenants, process applications (credit checks, background checks, employment verification and references), and then review qualifications with the owner for a final decision for tenancy. Once a prospect is chosen for tenancy, a lease will be explained to tenants and our client, the landlord, and signed by both parties.
In some cases we continue to manage the property on an ongoing basis and some landlords choose to manage the rental themselves after the initial signing of the lease.
