Allison Heist admits that she’s a dreamer. She wants nothing less than to change the world!
Becoming a police officer was a childhood dream, but she found herself longing for more active and positive encounters with the people she served.
And so, she took to the air as a flight attendant—traveling all over the world as part of her job and participating in co-ed softball tournaments. Allison doesn’t sit still!
Following her 20-year career as a flight attendant, softball pitcher, and ski instructor, today she participates in local 5K races, volunteers at community events, and creates hundreds of Christmas wreaths each year in conjunction with her family’s Christmas tree farm.
Changing the World
Her dream of changing the world happens in her work in real estate by guiding her clients into making the best decisions for themselves and by providing them with all the information they need so that their dream of owning a home comes true. She especially delights in the joy and surprised smiles from young couples who didn’t believe they could afford to own a home of their own.
Allison loves people—getting to know their stories and their dreams, being involved with others in her community, and helping good people and organizations meet their goals of service to others. She prides herself in her conscientious attention to details throughout the process. For example, during the home purchase process, she is a good steward of others’ lives and a “F.R.E.S.H.” face: Friendly, Reliable, Efficient, Safe, and Helpful.
Handing the keys over to families and seeing the dreams of her clients come true allows Allison the happy moments she craves with the knowledge that she has, in fact, changed the worlds of folks she’s come to know.
