During the luncheon, Richard Zuber stressed the importance of providing quality experiences for clients and in honoring the top producers, he stressed how each of them provided quality in their transactions.
Top Producers for 2022
Kathy Morcrette was named Top Producer for the year. Kathy prides herself in delivering excellent service — professional, personal, and patient — always putting her clients’ interests first. As a severe lack of homes were available for sale in 2022, Kathy’s ability to get her clients successfully to settlement and into a home is a testimony to her dedication and patience.
Other top producers included Brian Gilbert, Gary Pace, Vanessa Deskie, and Jody Dolansky.
Brian Gilbert demonstrates quality in his communication skills as he constantly works to connect with his clients — new and return clients — and continuously analyzes ways in which he and the company can improve service.
Gary Pace had his best year. His previous work in the community — as a minister, social media advisor and maintenance crew for the Pottstown Cluster of Religious Communities Outreach Center, handyman, and his work as chaplain, singer, and guitarist for Pottstown VNA’s hospice program or with friends around a campfire — continues to make him a go-to realtor among the groups he’s served.
Vanessa Deskie demonstrates quality in her work behind the scenes to keep her clients updated. She’s tuned in to their particular needs. Always the professional, Vanessa keeps abreast of the latest practices through research provided by real estate magazines and journals.
Jody Dolansky is credited for her professional handling of clients. Offering information about the process and guiding them through the steps decreases her clients’ anxiety. As chairwoman for the organization’s Community Outreach Committee, Jody develops relationships with members of the community who know her as involved and committed.
