Real estate is open in Pennsylvania. Activities will be conducted remotely whenever possible, but in-person activities are also permitted. Check with your agent for specifics. We are following best practice guidelines to keep our buyers, sellers, and staff safe.
Real Estate Listing Appointments and Showings
For in-person appointments and showings, we are following the guidelines below.
- In-person appointments and showings may be done, but no more than three (3) people (including the agent) may be present.
- Masks must be worn by all parties.
- Anyone who intends to be physically present on the property will be asked to complete a brief health screening questionnaire, provide contact information, and comply with the owner’s requirements for access.
Office Operations
Our offices are open by appointment only Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you need to meet in-person, call your agent to arrange an appointment time. We are limiting the number of staff and visitors in the building at one time. All employees and visitors must wear masks. The office is sanitized daily and after meetings.
We are, of course, available by telephone and email as well as for virtual meetings.
