As a home buyer in today’s market, you may be feeling a bit frustrated. With inventory still tight, finding your dream home can seem like an impossible task. While it is not always possible to check off every item on your wish list, it’s important to stay focused on what truly matters. When you’re house hunting, be clear about what features are absolute must-haves. These are the things that you cannot compromise on as they directly affect your daily living and overall satisfaction with your new home. Here are some common non-negotiables to consider.
